We ordered the Cashew Chicken at spice level 4 and the Mixed Veggies with Beef. The cashew chicken was a highlight, cooked perfectly without pineapple and featuring a delicious, slightly light stir-fry sauce. The flavor was fantastic, earning it a solid 8 out of 10. If you’re a fan of crab Rangoon, get ready for your new gold standard—crispy, creamy, and packed with flavor like we’ve never experienced before. My partner ordered the Pad Thai Chicken, and I went with the Sriracha Chicken Fried Rice—both were absolutely incredible. We also shared the Tom Yum Chicken Soup and Summer Rolls, and every single bite was perfection. The flavors are bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced. “ I’ve been searching high and low for Pad Prik Khing & I’ve found my go to place! This little gem was a pleasant surprise. Mo was my waitress and she was so sweet. Very personable and made me feel like family. We chatted for quite a bit. Very attentive and fast service for a Friday evening. She recommended a small salad with a peanut butter dressing—absolutely delicious! Pad Prik Khing was superbly cooked. They offer varying levels of spice from 1-5, will try a 3 next time as a 2 was kind of mild. Will definitely be back to try out the curry. Thank you for your kindness Mo! ”
“ The food was amazing! I met up with a friend and our tradition is to find new Thai restaurants and this one was excellent! I had the Pad See Ew and my friend ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. We both liked our entrees and we split the chicken fried rice with pineapples which was also great too! For our appetizer we had the chicken spring rolls and the complementary side salad with peanut sauce was so good! The service was great as well! A nice place to meet up for lunch. Would definitely recommend ”
